Spellbound Coaching believes that everyone deserves accessible, inclusive, and shame-free support for their relationships, body, and joy.
Here at Spellbound, there's no such thing as TMI. We believe that pleasure is a basic human right, actively pushing back on the idea that sex and bodies are shameful. We run a space for adults (18+ only, please) to dive into all the things that society said were "too much" to dare talk about. Let's take the taboo out of connecting to pleasure! In-person consults available in Harford County, MD. Virtual consults available worldwide.
Coaching
However you're most comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting to work, Spellbound is here to meet you where you're at. Virtual or in-person, by yourself or with partner(s) or friends... if you want to talk, we want to help!
Coaching looks different for every client, every session; there are no formulas or templates here. We work together to find your stumbling blocks, then collaborate on ways to navigate them.
